Enjoy a fully personalised weekly training programme to follow, plus weekly contact and a monthly check-in chat as standard, and choose to add on a monthly 1-1 PT session for added technique support to help you level up.

Initial Consultation
Sign up to a program and we’ll reach out to schedule a full initial video consultation with Grace.
Grace will discuss your goals with you, take you through a movement assessment, talk about what kind of equipment, if any, you have access to, discuss a realistic plan and how your progress will be measured.
We Build your Program
We build a training regimen created just for you:
Up to 3 full workouts programmed just for you
Your weekly training schedule
Tailored to whatever equipment you have, if any!
You can do your workouts in your gym, in the park, in your living room, on a trip - whatever works for you!
Your Workout Sessions
Each workout is made of components, designed specifically for you, your goals, any restrictions you have, and any equipment you have access to. You should be able to complete each workout in 40-60mins.

Accessing your Workouts and Schedule
You’ll get access to Grace’s app to follow your workouts and track your progress. We’ll update your personalised program via the app each month, based on your progress and feedback.
Your workouts will be scheduled across the month throughout each week.

Chat with Grace directly with any questions through the app. Stay accountable and crush those goals!
Monthly Updates
Each month you will have a scheduled video or phone Check-In Consultation or full remote PT session with Grace and discuss your progress. Your program and schedule will then be updated through the app so that you can keep working towards smashing your goals!

Important
If you have any existing conditions, make sure you speak to your doctor before you dive into any kind of training. The use of these workout programs is unsupervised and undertaken at your own risk. Be smart and be safe! Remember: Form and quality over everything and know your limits.
