Many women shy away from heavy lifting as they believe it will make them seem bulky and masculine. This is not true! Lifting is essential for conditioning.
The stronger your muscles, the more fat you burn 24/7.
This isn't the only benefit to lifting weights. Stronger bones, better stability are just a few examples of the positive impact that correct strength training can have on your overall health.
So let's go out there and lift!
