At your own pace

A Typical Training Session

You will start with mobility and stretching, then move into your strength and fitness conditioning using free weights with full body movements. We will work at a pace that is best for you and keep your goals at the core of your individualised programme. 

You will be working with free weights, kettle bells, bar bells, ropes and more. We will keep it fun, motivating you to push yourself. Above all, we will make sure you are comfortable with the movements and help you execute them with perfect form.

Depending on your goals, your programmes will work towards improving: 

  • Fat loss

  • Fitness and endurance

  • Strength and muscle tone

  • Conditioning and power

  • Sleep quality

  • State of mind

  • Ability to manage stress

  • Posture

  • Susceptibility to injury

  • Improved immune function

Of course, training is only part of the story. During your sessions we will cover essential aspects that affect your wellbeing such as nutrition, sleep, hydration and more.

We train at Evolve, the largest private gym studio in Central London, conveniently situated just off Fleet Street at:

Evolve is kitted out with state of the art gym equipment including:

  • 20m track with sleds & ropes,

  • Free weights - dumbbells,  barbells, plates, kettle bells

You and Your Coach

This is the most individualised process to help you achieve your goals. Sessions include a thorough initial consultation, goal setting, full measurements, a personalised training program according to your goals, a nutrition plan if required, and supplement advice if required. 

 

2 to 1

Buddy Training

If you prefer to train with a buddy, 2 to 1 sessions are perfect for you. Encourage each other to achieve, share your journey and still get a highly individualised, personal training experience.

Choose the frequency of personal training that bests suits your schedule and your needs. Packages are paid monthly and prices are subject to change.
